Automatic alternative for spray gun painting, for pieces of simples or complex surfaces, plane or not. Characterized by precision, uniformity and quality of painting and by productivity, due to his continuous cycle. The process starts putting the pieces on the transfer that will start the robot. Entering in the robot area, a scanner device provide a  dimensional and design reading  of the pieces, through a photodiodes bar. These data are sent to a software that converts in movement of the painting group. A modern software joined with a precise scanner permits a very fast setup. After finishing the cycle the pieces will exit and at the same time new pieces will enter.
